Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neuroflux services for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful content, to reverse-engineer our platform, or to exceed rate limits or abuse shared infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

Neuroflux retains all rights to the platform, documentation, and pre-trained models. You retain ownership of data you submit and outputs generated through your use of the service, subject to applicable model licenses.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing schedule in effect at the time of use. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

Limitation of Liability

Neuroflux is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
